RUBBER AND STEEL TRACK SYSTEMS

Our track conversion from rubber tires to continuous rubber track and

undercarriage system. With this you replace the tire and rims altogether and bolt the undercarriage

right to the machine. This does not change the machine as you can unbolt the system and put the

tires back on if you sell the machine and put the Tracks on another machine. Packages can be ordered

in many track widths and tread styles from 8" to 16"

The conversion kit will provide increased traction and

floatation. The rubber tracks need not be taken off as 

they provide the same Roadability as the tires as well as eliminate the "bounce" experienced with tires.

Depending on the size of the tracks; size of tire and weight of the machine the ground pressure can be 

decreased from 20 lb/sq in to 3.32 lb/sq in. The traction area on the ground can be increased to 1200 sq in with 10" tracks.

Eliminates flat tires, foam filling; slipping of tires inside the track; labor to install and remove over the tire

systems. This purpose built system will convert your old rubber tired machine and give it the ability to compete with the purpose built track machines on the market today.
