Rubber Over Tire System

These short videos were part of a test using rubber tracks on a contractors skidsteer to compare operations

in his yard working on piles of pea gravel.  His requirements were to be able to stock pile the loose gravel without

getting stuck as well as to provide extra floatation and traction with out having to use a aggressive steel track on the 

landscape and driveway projects he typically works on.

A contractor who uses a 50 ton drill for exploration in the north, wished to design a track system that would allow this machine to operate more efficiently in the mud and tundra conditions in the summer and winter where this machine was normally getting stuck in the soft conditions.  The solution was to add a front axle and idler wheel and put the rubber tracks over the driving axles and the idler wheel to provide a elongated track for extra floatation and traction.

Skidsteer and Farm Trailer Tracks 

These tracks are mounted over the tires and are available for almost any size tire.
