Backup Rippers
| The Vail backup ripper system is designed to increase your profits and production by putting your dozer or loader to work in both directions to allow you the use of a winch that is necessary in many dozing operations. Backup rippers are often used with rear hydraulic rippers to break up material fine enough to be removed with scraper. Backup rippers are very useful for dozing in shale, caliche, sandstone, frozen ground, black top removal and land clearing. Shanks are made of abrasive resistant high yield alloy steel for greater strength and longer life. The high impact cast teeth are also abrasive resistant. |
