Operator enclosures manufactured by Cab (industrial) are warranted only against design, material and manufacturing defects for a period of one year or 2,000 working hours from date of shipment by Industrial, whichever period is shorter. Ac cessory items for cabs are warranted for a period of ninety days or 500 working hours from date of shipment by Industrial, whichever period is shorter.
The sole obligation of under this warranty shall be to repair or replace the cab or accessory item and shall be effective only after has authorized return for inspection and determined that the cab or accessory item is defective within the terms of this warranty. Transportation charges are not covered by this warranty: accordingly, any cabs or accessories returned for warranty inspection must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and arrangements made for return shipping. lndustrial's warranty shall not extend to part failure due to misuse or failure to follow recommended (oral or written) cab installation procedures.
Industrial's warranty shall be void as to any Roll Over Protective System certification which may be in effect in the event the buyer or any subsequent party makes any alterations or modifications to the cab or accessory without both the prior knowledge and written consent of Industrial. Moreover, Roll Over Protective Structures (ROPS) which are involved in an accident or otherwise damaged will no longer be covered under this warranty, if the ROPS is not repaired or replaced in accordance with lndustrial's written instructions.
shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury, either to any person or property, either direct or consequential, resulting from or occasioned by the possession or use of any cab or accessory item or for loss of use for any reason.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED WITH REGARD TO ALL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED OR SOLD.
